For some odd reason having the proper name "Billy" seems to be especially unfortunate in the Stregaverse. It seems to significantly increases the chance you'll get a short trip through a predator's digestive tract.

In this case the only way Billy will bother the sea lion after this is if one of his flip-flops gets stuck in its small intestine. On to Billy #42...
