Just playing around a little bit with backgrounds. A little bit of practice with a color palette I thought was interesting, and playing with silhouettes. I've learned a little bit, and I think this silhouette thing could be a fun project.

Oh man! I didn't even think about that. But yeah, it definitely has that art-house film feel to it! Someone else mentioned that it looked a bit like Spirited Away, and hell, that's some pretty high praise XD
Though yeah, it's a little more out of focus than I should have done but ehhhhh XD the main focus is the branch and silhouette I guess XD

But yes! THat's awesome. <3 I think the contrast of blurriness and sharpness works well together in tandem... but that's just my observant opinion. ;)

This reminds me of a classic Japanese art-house film style, somehow. :D
Wicked-cool silhouetting effects! So smooth and crisp. :3 And you've done a fine job with the background too - quite vast and engaging, even if it's slightly out of focus. Wonderful. <3
