There's so much feminine energy in this piece, I'm gonna have my work cut out for me to do her mate, the Emperor XD

Oh how Eastern dragons are so much fun!!!

Also, thinking about making prints of the set, since I'm half way through. What say you interbutts?!

Oh my... she is the most beautiful character I've seen in ages; not just in how she is physically as a species/character, but in your portrayal as well. Her dress is enchanting, and the pose is very flowing and beautiful. The jewellery really accents everything nicely as well.

Thank you so much hun!!! I loved working on her so much! I adore this color palette. Saw it on a moth that was flying around my house. This gorgeous cream and dark tan, and all shades between. I adore how it looks on her. And the jewelry accents were a ton of fun to design. I really like the idea of this very simple but regal design, and with antlers, the intertwined pearls just made sense :D

Oh wow - that is very cool that a moth inspired such beautiful colours! And agreed on the jewellery - regal looking for sure, and so beautifully integrated into the character.

I know right? I couldn't get the idea of this moth coloration out of my head, so I figured this would be an awesome place for it. Been running around with my phone and taking a lot of pictures of color palettes that I like. Hopefully they can inspire more pieces like this :D

That's a great idea! And I love that you saw something and just took inspiration from it like that. Nature is quite a master of palettes too. :3

Oh my goodness isn't that the truth! Nature is the ultimate master of some amazing palettes!!! So far I've got pictures from a butterfly, a grasshopper (plus the design of how it's body was sort of woven together...absolutely gorgeous) a few flowers, I've got this really bitchin sunset and the way the sun filters through the clouds.... I can't wait to work more with those!!! Now off to find more images I can use for my own nefarious arting purposes :p

Ooiii... so know it. My mate and I are avid kayakers, so we've got tons of pictures that just showcase amazing colours be them plants, dragonflies, butterflies, birds horizons, landscapes.... just so many things. Even when we've been to a place many times, you still see something new each time you go. If you're ever needing some good pictures like that, just ask - I'd be happy to e-mail them or upload some to ya.

Oh definitely! And ooooh kayaking sounds like a blast! I've never been, but eventually I plan on trying it out. Could be a ton of fun!!!

Oooooo, it is. :3 And you sure wanna open up that can of worms, 'cause I could talk your ear off about it. ;) Send me a PM and we can work out e-mail or whatever and I can show you some interesting ones for colours/patterns. And if you want to know more about kayaking, just ask!

I'm not much of a tarot reader, I prefer runes and druid cards, but I say the world needs more creative, and variant card decks. When you finish the set you should definitely put them up for prints. :3

Oh definitely! :D I really want to make the set of cards, since I'm halfway through the major arcana. I've got a couple places I'm looking at for card sets, and might offer prints of wall art soon.
