A Gathering Of Goddesses II: Palmside

Stampy

An uproar swept across the Sea of Pantheons, chaos gripping the minds of each and every inhabitant. Quakes beyond measure roiled the depths of space, and exoverses scattered like grains of sand in a dust storm. Even the mightiest, the grandest, the largest, the strongest of gods and goddesses- they all cowered in shocked, fearful awe at the upheaval. The very beings who had defined the concepts of power, size, and divinity realized that they had been surpassed, and surpassed on a scale so far beyond their comprehension as to leave them stunned and speechless..

No faith, no religion, no deity escaped; all were swept up upon the dark horizon. The mere proximity to such gloriously absurd levels of power fed them all an overwhelming surge of godhood, but even as their strength burst to new heights, they still shrank smaller compared against the surging force around them. Already, their combined powers could not even glimpse the nearest edges of the palm they all now laid upon; to say nothing of any more of the supreme force beyond..

Confusion and terror reigned among the collected Pantheons of each and every belief, totally and completely helpless in the face of something not only vast and omnipotent to such a degree that the terms lost all meaning, but still growing faster than ever....

... At least, until the being's power altered the basic functionality of light, suddenly allowing a familiar and oft-seen face to loom in the infinite distance..

With a heavy sigh, the Pantheons dispatched their messengers to awaken the slumbering High God and Goddess of the AEsir Pantheon. It would be a long trek indeed to cross the ever-growing expanse of Okamitsune's palm fur strands and reach her parents, but at least Sunny was still merely in a small, low-power mortal body this time.

Description by VDOPlus

Part two of the A Gathering of Goddesses set. This time as viewed from Sunny's hand showing off the countless smaller deities caught up in her current growth spurt. While I'm really happy with how this entire sequence turned out, this one might possibly be my favourite, just because I don't think I've ever seen an angle quite like this in macro.
