Pamela is one of V.D.O's newest characters, and she has the interesting ability to temporarily evolve into any other pokemon, or at least mostly. See she's normally a Rattata, but when evolves into another pokemon she retains a few Rattata features. So here she is testing out her baseball swing on the moon. Fortunately due to her glitched nature, reality realises something has messed up and fixes itself shortly after.
