Thala (or Pan, short for Panthalassa), is a pseudo-character I've considered introducing for quite some time. The idea is that they're a time transcending guard dog-bird, who guards planets for Tethys.

I'm not completely sure if I'm going to go with this yet, but for the time being, I just wanted to draw a great big Silvally, and did exactly that. So here Thala's pinning one of Eclipsis' newer girls under paw? (Talon?) for causing trouble.
