Very nice! Quite unique, I like it! However, I feel like the lines could do with some refining. They look a little rushed and smudgy as is. You could also add some thicker outlining in some places to define curves and other shapes better, and pay a bit more attention to the lines around the character that make it clear that he's in water as to create more flow in the picture.
Overall very nice! :) Keep up the good work!
