This is one of my favorites of the non-"vermin" type characters in this bit of Redwall fanfic I'm writing: Dochunn, hedgehog warrior of Withersfield and leader of the small collection of the hedgehogs in that village. I dunno why there weren't more archer hedgehogs in the canon series--it seems like using shed quills to make arrowheads would be an ingenious little species-culture reference. Most of the hedgehogs are either assimilated into the basic Redwaller and woodlander settlement culture, or belong to very single-weapon-single-theme tribes which... is not how cultural groups work actually. XD I like seeing some variance from the typical whompin' clubs and axes.

He plays an important role in the battle of Withersfield involving the Tatufola and Dankwood's rogues. He a massive badass. :D
