^u^ Preemptive sketchy-doo of a sci-fi-ish story idea... very nommish one. XD

In short, this is the launch of a new type of endo-pod for use in medically examining and treating a colonized planet's various gigantic arthropod lifeforms. Such buggies are so big and so specified in their diets that they've formed a bit of a partnership with the tiny explorers, but the spread of an Earth-origin mold threatens both forms of life. This pod is the first that will attempt to alter the internal physical structure of this giant millipede, giving it the ability to browse on the mold harmlessly, keeping its spread managed and the native flora and fauna from being choked out.
