The Knights of the High Protocol routinely enter the slums find blocks that have civilization to find more converts and put down those that are seen heretical to the Protocol that was established by the Builders. These jaunts are usually done in these large armored vehicles as the slums can be dangerous with threats from heretics and witches, to cursed automata and wild-things.
