A piece of my roleplay character Candice from Their-Dark-Eden over on dA. Story behind this piece, (well I can't be stuffed typing everything so lemme just copy-paste it) okay, so she was born as an infected, thinking that being infected was the norm. Having no knowledge of the Edeners (a group of pure, healthy dogs, secluded in Eden, the hideaway from the virus), she sees one in a raid. Seeing the masked dogs, she flees. Realising something is wrong with her, with everyone and anyone who lives in the Wastelands, she knows that nothing in her life now could be changed. She embraces but also despises the sickness in every dog around her.
