Anyway, Victor here is actually partners with Sergei, the previous bird I posted. Victor handles recon, infiltration, sniping, etc while Sergei handles interrogation, hand-to-hand scenarios, body disposal, etc. Basically, Sergei likes action and Victor prefers to keep his hands clean. That's not to say, though, that Sergei isn't smart enough or Victor isn't capable enough for them to switch places or double team when necessary.

I'm not really 100% happy with this design, but enough to post him. I love the outfit, but his face and hair just aren't quite right. My friend suggested giving him Loki hair but I think he just ended up actually looking like Loki, and I don't think it suits his personality perfectly....oh well, I'll try again later.

Also holy crap I suck at drawing closed bird tails. Like jesus christ that's not what they do at all.
