Creative title is creative.

Okay, so this was an adventure. I've been having extreme difficulty with colored pencils. I've hated them for years, but after seeing a friend creating perfection on paper with them, I decided to try again. I kept trying and trying and getting nothing even remotely satisfactory. It put me in tears more times than I care to admit just because I was getting so frustrated.

Then I did those two things yesterday and thought "okay, those didn't suck...let me do a few more small things for practice." I thought I'd do my blue-and-gold macaw, Rico Suave, in my usual default style. I looked up a reference to get the angle right since macaws have weird headshapes. Six hours and several miracles later, this happened.

What. The actual. Fuck.

Yeah XD I wanna get bigger sets, but, yknow, money. I figured this was set was more a test run to make sure I liked colored pencils. Didn't wanna blow all the money without knowing.

Oh definitely. I was actually going to suggest prismacolors if you weren't using them.
