...Yes, this is a vent piece about garden hoses. The image came to me this summer when I was watering the still-young vegetables with the old hose. I swear I'd walk over there to un-kink it, only to walk back and continue the job only to see ANOTHER one in ANOTHER spot. Frggsss....
Absinthe was not immune to this frustration either; she had to deal with this in the morning too before she commissioned a magician friend to craft her a magic everfull watering can.
This sketch is silly, messy and irrelevant to everything, but I had fun drawing it.

Thankfully neither Absinthe or myself have had to deal with something that bad yet! Still, it's damn infuriating and takes you right out of that nice zen moment...

Fortunately the fire had been reduced to the point where I could stomp it out with my boot.
It was nothing compared to the time the peat bog on our property caught fire. We had to let that one burn out as the flames were about 100ft high.
