Felt like participating in this particular meme, for those wondering what the mug behind the mugs looks like! Tried to get some media and style variety in there but I realized belatedly most of the samples ended up being either cats of some sort or Asura. Ah well, can't win them all!

Absolutely not! As far as popular, "mainstream" subjects go with wide appeal, it's one of those subjects I'm alright with drawing a lot of.
