At long last, I am done with this commission project! It took far too long if you ask me, but I would like to give a shoutout to Valinye for being such a wonderfully patient and communicative client. When I was first approached with this commission earlier this year I was absolutely delighted to tackle such a thing: Magical steampunk-noveau setting with portal gates and a unicorn protagonist? Sign me up. I loved reading about the finer points of the arcane mechanisms and the nature of magic in Selentia so I tried my best to interpret it as close to the descriptions as possible while adding my own spin to it.

Please no critiques on this one. I've already worked and re-worked this several times and it's a finished commission anyway. Done entirely in graphite and mechanical pencil. 8.5''x12''. Rights to the art are mine while the character and her setting belong to the commissioner Valinye.
