And here's Frost in her costume, all powered up. She doesn't turn into ice- her fur and other coloration just take on the hues of glacial ice. Her powers are basically the projection and control of cold and ice. Her projected attacks are generally high-impact snowballs (for nonlethal effect) or wicked javelins of ice. She can affect local temperatures as well. She hasn't quite figured out how to do the Iceman thing of riding an ice-slide, however.
