This is an idea I had for a character meant for a 'Wild Cards' type campaign; she'd probably work in something like TMNT or Gamma World as well, possibly! This is the concept art, where Amber-Aria helped me work out the details of her design. I'm real happy with this, and the full, final version is coming soon!

She got, technically, a LOT of aces. She can fly, and she's capable of living in or out of water with ease. She can fly fairly fast, too- around 200 MPH. She's stronger than human, and fairly tough- but someone with an assault rifle will still grease her with little trouble.
