Apparently Chaos Croc is moving in on Intoxicator's territory, and there's not much the snake-headed evildoer can do about it since he's being turned to stone. Shoulda been more careful there, scaleface >.>

Croc in this picture is drawn using an old design of him that the artist felt looked more "supervillainish." I kinda like it!
