You're not the first one to say that, but I've never played the game or paid much attention to it.
There's some dude with an onion for a head and that's all I know.
Its torch was never carried into the modern generation, unfortunately, but at the time it was super-neat for a game. It was like watching small cut-outs of colorful construction paper walk and dance around.
I know a lot of people get sick of "oh this reminds me of that one vidya game" when it comes to art critique, but... it's a pretty unique comparison, it's a big compliment in my eyes.
