The VERY experimental result of the following:

• Me getting frustrated with how I draw stuff.
• Having too much fun databending in Notepad++.
• And listening to too much vaporwave psytrance.

So, I didn't exactly "draw" the visual glitches. How I did it was rather convoluted but I think it was worth it:

1. Make multiple copies of the finished drawing.
2. Open those copies in Notepad++.
3. Go crazy. Insert nonsense, delete stuff, move it around, just avoid corrupting the header (which makes it unreadable and thus unusable).
4. Save and look at the results until I get what I think looks suitably a e s t h e t i c enough for my bad tastes.
5. Copy the glitched images into the .SAI drawing as their own layers.
6. Play around with the filters and opacity.
