Wanted to do something really out there for your carney. Space circuses have been done before, so for this guy I wanted to add a bit of a psychic, vengeful twist- a man who makes his circus by enslaving the very audience watching his performance! Like an Isle of the Lotus situation. Probably has a cool traveling spaceship that looks suspiciously similar to a big top tent. Y'kno. For aesthetic. 

I wanted to make his concept open ended. A general antagonist for any setting that would need it.
