It had been months - more than a year, at this point - since Chelsea's boss switched over from working in-office to telecommuting for her job.  While she was already pretty plump to begin with, the even more sedentary workplace led to snacking on the job... something that is made all the more of a hazard (or perk?) by living with an expert baker.

Twelve months of that daily routine - get up, log in to the VPN, get to work on managing customer accounts, have many a muffin, beignet, cupcake, turnover, and other baked good along the way - got to her waistline... something she was acutely aware of, yet still took her by surprise when she tried to clasp the fasteners for her favorite pencil skirt...!
