Udgin is my version of Dr.Gaster from Undertale. I think he'd be a cool goat monster, so I made him a goat monster.
I like to think he's a very strict and safety first kind of guy.

I messed his scarring up, but I've already made up my mind on how I'm gonna draw him, lol. Plus, that makes him very obviously a derivative of the ~mystery man~

also, this is the second goat oc I've made as a direct result of undertale. weird.
