The anatomy is definitely getting there! Over all the proportions are pretty good. C=
When I first started out, I found it useful to look at my own joints/limbs to work out how to draw them. (Still do if it's a pose/position I'm not familiar with xD)
I love the green lighting you used, it works really well with the image. C=
