Oh now this is interesting. For some reason I always just assumed the icon was from one of Jak's images as the face really looks like his character/style. Now I know where it came from, so it is a good thing it's posted.

I probably didn't explain my comment very well then. I had only seen the cropped version, and just assumed it was Jak's because the face is so similar to how he draws faces is all. Now I know better because you posted the full version. See my comment below - I meant no insult by it.

You're literally just restating what you already said, and I say again, our styles look nothing alike and we're proud of it. Check yourself.

you really do manage to say the stupidest shit sometimes bill, this is twice today you've managed to insult a fellow artist friend but refering to their style like mine. :/ This is the Icon I use on most everything that doesn't allow my Gif Icon, It's his work, not mine, not my style, our faces are nothing alike. I dont get my faces from him nor does he get his from mine.

I was referring to the face and how it looks similar to the way Jak draws his character's face. Tell me that this face and https://www.weasyl.com/submission/320710/whereuthinkurgoin don't look similar enough for me to have assumed it was Jak's art? Before this was posted I had never seen the uncropped image.
I've seen Jak use this icon for a long time and just assumed it was his art because I never asked and if there was an "icon by smooshkin" then I never saw it. Look, I didn't mean to insult anyone, and I honestly don't see how my saying "hey I always thought this was Jak's art because the face looks like how he draws faces" is an insult. I will apologize because I was just surprised to find out it wasn't Jak's art; I didn't mean any insult to either of you.

They don't look similar. It's the same character but not the same style.

Noooo. No. No. I've had the privilege to watch these guys draw, and looking between all of their art, and all of the characters they've drawn there is no similarity between their styles. Yes it is the same character, but all the fundamentals are different, THEY STRUCTURE THEIR FACES COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Saying an artist's art and style are like that of somebody else? That is very insulting because artists work hard at being unique. These guys don't even draw in the same way. This piece and Jak's piece look nothing alike.

how could you be surprised, I just don't get it when it looks NOTHING alike. i don't see the resemblance at all. other than it being the same character. I REALLY don't. I'm sorry i'm just done right now, drop it. seriously.
