Ive finally decided that the Pastellian dragons are indeed an alien specie that were already inhabiting the planet, similar to the Kriemns. I was conflicted between making them an evolved animal like most of the others but I realized I lack native aliens and I wasnt sure how to go about making them evolved anyway.
