For now, I'm calling this done.
A LOT of hours have gone into this one image alone, and I'm pretty happy to not be touching it again for quite a while.
This is the cover to my (now late) Birthday/Christmas present to my partner. When The Project is complete I'll be making extra copies for those that want them at cost plus a couple dollars.
Yes, that little bottle is exactly what you think it may be. :)

I do like food... hahahaha. Once I have some more of the sketches done I'll put several together and post my reference photos for the herbs and spices. :D I'm not doing all of them obviously, but a few. Basil, Rosemary, Garlic, Capers, Cinnamon, etc.
