So for my birthday I finally got the supplies I needed to start working with polymer clay once more! It is a hobby I have been pursuing for a little while now, although I haven't uploaded pictures of anything I've made thus far. This little guy here though I just finished up and thought that I would share!

He's made from Super Sculpey and hand painted. The penny is there for reference; he's about three inches tall.

With each new piece I make I try to work with something new, so that I am always improving. While he was mostly a warm up after so long without getting to make anything, he was still good practice, especially with the paint job! Painting is -not- a strong suit of mine, especially with my shaky hands! X3 Nevertheless I'm pretty happy how he turned out - he is lacking a matte finish which will help protect him, simply because I haven't got any right now, but this will be added once he's done.
