I really dig Ken Sugimori's old Pokemon art from back in the day.
The watercolor-y look. I dunno, I just really like it better than what he's doing now.

I also really like Mew's old markings better (he had a pink-tipped tail and feet and was mainly white).

I tried to copy Sugimori's old style and I think I did a great job at it.
I made two new Sai brushes just for the purpose of replicating it, which I'll probably release soon for you guys to grab.

The "holographic" bubbles were from a brush that comes with the Krita program.
