"Your average street rat (or mouse, as it were) usually carries little in the way of weapons, but Percival makes do. He's found himself a type of "sword": a rusty old nail he has dubbed "Cat Shredder". It is unknown if it has actually shredded any cats, and its origins remain equally as shrouded in mystery. Perci does his best to take care of it and clean it when it is needed, but he's never able to get the rust off it. This does not improve his general appearance (and reputation) of a scruffy vagrant.

Though an unorthodox weapon, it has aided Percival in many scrapes. If only he'd stop waving it around in mildly uncomfortable situations..."
