Watercolour for the water type.

Buizel is my favourite along with Floatzel, but I don't draw them nearly enough (at least digitally). So here's one! Fun fact: I used the old version of SAI for most of this. Was quite fun. Hey, there's that watermark I mentioned some submissions back! About time.

    Wow, this is unbelieveably great looking. You're really good with watercolors!
    Neither of us draw Buizel/Floatzel enough.

      This was done with a watercolour-like brush/effect in SAI, not real watercolours. Thanks though.

        I kinda thought so, but you're still good with those! I've tried some sort of paint-like tools in CPS, but damn it is hard.
