An old commission for a friend, done as a Hearts of Iron 4 inspired portrait with possible intent to use in a mod for the game.

Yeah, the uniform on this piece was a ton of fun to paint. Little detail things give a lot of interest to clothing, especially on uniforms with all the neat little trinkets and such.
