One of those characters who makes a single episode appearance in Blinky Bill and one of the few characters who has a different eye colour, in this case dark brown. Her name is Madame Wu. She's not a koala, but in fact a panda painted dull brown. Secretly she likes wearing diapers, but avoid anyone knowing it's her, she uses that fresh coat of paint and goes under the alias Madame Gu-gu (pronounced Goo-goo). That way she can show everyone how cute she looks in her diaper and remain a respectable panda as well. If you're wondering, the Chinese insignia on the front her diaper says "Cute".
