This is a recreation of Jerry Mouse, based on the GBC Mouse attacks game. Jerry is dressed in a girly purple bow and diaper and is holding a baby bottle of milk. No telling how it happened. Perhaps that little girl Nancy in "Baby Puss" did this after Jerry had that mouthful or castor oil or perhaps it was Toodles Galore who treated Jerry different to the events in "Love me, Love my Mouse".
