FINALLY I revamped Flooks and her half tinger ways.
Once I finalise her story I'll tell you in full, but basically she was a puppy at death's door and Outty 'saved' her by turning her into a tinger. So she's half tinger because she's NOT ACTUALLY DEAD THING.~
