The bastard child of a fhend and a solgeran, Mathias never quite had a species to call his own. After his mother passed away, Mathias took his riding bird and companion, Utti, and set out to travel the world, partially in search of his father. In his long youth, Mathias learned basic magic, and continues to develop his arcane skills on his journeys. His endless quest for knowledge has led him through more books than most may ever read, and some would even say his singing voice is lovely, albeit shy.
