Booted from his home city for "dangerous experiments of uncertain nature", Ozzie is a (slightly mad) scientist living on the road. People tend not to believe him when he says that his experiments are always designed to be safe, no matter how dangerous they may seem. They have good reason not to, but in truth, his work, when uninterrupted by others, has never hurt anybody. (At least, unless he intends it to. Bandits, thieves, and other dangerous folk best beware of his joy for controlled chaos.)
