Done to be used as an icon. Yes, Luigi is one of my favorite Mario characters, and seeing how he looks like he has the hundred-mile stare in the current Mario Kart, I couldn't help myself. It gave me flashbacks to Ed, Edd and Eddy when Ed had the rock in his shoe and was the supergrump. So, I combined the two to get the ultimate death glare!
