NAW not really, honestly that glass shine was super half-assed BD (I'm not even sure if that's how a glass shine is supposed to work (probably not))
I just always do stuff like this on a separate layer in case I mess up, and try to make my canvas big enough, so it's not difficult to draw in small detail!

Aww it's not really that hard tho! I just do a simple gradient on base color layer, my shading layer also has a slight gradient, and then I just throw some color on overlay on nose cheeks and sometimes eyes and voila ;o
