Painspeaker Amadeus Victor. He's a honest businessman, really. He owns a rather notable shipping company but most of his profit comes from his underworld connections and smuggling. Perhaps more disturbingly he has connections to the Cult of the Red King and holds the title of "Painspeaker."
He is able to cause pain to whoever he wishes with only a few words, and while most Speaking-abilities are painful to use, Painspeaking is outright pleasurable. This is a double-edged sword. While he does not suffer form his skill like most Speakers, usage of Painspeaking is highly addictive and he has long since surpassed the point where he can feel actual physical pleasure without torturing someone with Painspeaking. This causes him to be somewhat unpredictable to even those on his side.
