When I woke up today it was raining and this motivated me to practice drawing rain. This cute little buddy from over here was so kind to assist me. (That's the reason why the Blopp itself isn't wet or shows any sign of rain.)

I used parts of this tutorial from deviantArt to make the picture but also played around a lot.
