Since the day he left the ruins Sindrake has wondered if what he was doing was worth the effort. And as he stares into the smoke of his cigarette he recalls the words of the wise man of the previous village. "The journey you make is filled with adversity, but without these hardships your journey may as well have not even begun." Sindrake looks into his drink and downs the rest of it with a wince. He then turns and heads to the door.
