Eastern Dragon Studios held a raffle to celebrate reaching 200 watchers on Fur Affinity the prize was a full colour bust. The raffle prize was for an artistic freedom bust with the only constraints being a word describing the character's expression. I was lucky enough to win and here is what she came up with.

I wanted to commission a bust or icon of Silver Sheep at ConFurgence but instead I commissioned two other pieces by two different artists. I imagine Silver Sheep as a Zoid pilot in a communist one party state. Zoids are large robot Mecha based on animal and dinosaur designs. They're from a Anime and Manga series that I'm a fan of.

I had the idea floating around of sort of a play on social realism style communist propaganda posters. The posters often feature a person say a factory worker or soldier in a stoic pose with maybe some silhouettes of factory chimneys in the background. So I was really excited to see what my fursona would look like in stoic pose.

I am very pleased with the results. Silver Sheep looks very flash. I love the texture of his steel wool and Eastern Dragon Studios nailed Silver's expression. Kaikirith must know how to pull of stoic expressions from being a dragon. She said that she'd never done a sheep fursona before so there you go.

Also Kaikirith completed her piece in time for my Birthday on the 8th of February what a surprise.
