当北方小，还没有找到一个家时，他遇到了爱斯基，而孤独，并成为朋友。有一天晚上，他们偷偷溜出自己的家，在高原的一个雪原玩，因为北方喜欢高处。在那里，他们感到害怕，因为他们看不见的人在跟他们说话。

北方是他们的勇敢者，并询问声音是谁，声音回答说，那是将他们送到这个世界的灵，如果他们想要的话，它会告诉他们一些他们的生活，以便他们知道什么充分利用它。

北方当时还很年轻，当他意识到自己已经走了，并且从他的震惊中解脱出来后，他不知道该笑还是哭。这是一个梦想，一个美妙的梦想，但对他来说，这看起来像是一场即将到来的恐怖和噩梦。

爱斯基来了，抱住了他，他脖子上哭了起来，虽然他从来不知道他死的那天他会如此快乐和快乐。

When North was small and hadn't found a home yet, he met Aisiji while wandering around and became friends. One night they stole out from their lairs to play in a Snowwold in a high moor because North liked high places. There they were frightened because someone they couldn't see was speaking to them.

North was the braver of them and asked who the Voice was, and the Voice answered that It was the Spirit who sent them into the world and that if they wanted, It was going to tell them something of their lives so that they would know what to make the best of it.

Aisiji was amused as he thought that it must all be fake, having experienced too much things in his young life that made him conserved and always suspicious, but North became excited and restless and begged the Spirit to tell them.

"Your friend Aisiji here will be your best friend in life," It said, "he will treat you like a member of his own family and give you a home, homeless though you are now. He will be leader of your pack when he grows up and will be good and just and have few enemies who hate him."

North felt very happy when he heard this and started hugging his companion and saying, "Aisi, do you hear? It says you will be a wonderful person."

"How will we know it is not a hoax played by someone else?" asked Aisiji, quite convinced, though still a bit doubting. He wasn't into people telling the future whom he couldn't see, though he was quite frightened at the thought that if It WAS the Spirit, so he put a good face to it.

"You will see," It replied, then spoke to North. "Like your friend, you will also be his best friend and also the friends of many, though you will have bitter enemies as well as good ones. You will experience many troubles and make many mistakes, but you will be like an elder brother in mind and conscience to Aisiji when you grow up, though you are the younger in age. And eventually you are to die for him, and for many others. Your life will be short but fruitful, and others will live happy lives because of you."

North was very young at that time and was struck dumb when he realized that It was gone, and after relieved from his shock, he didn't know whether to laugh or cry. It was a dream, a wonderful dream, but it seemed like an impending horror and nightmare to him.

Aisiji came and hugged him, and he cried on his neck, though he never knew he would be so happy and joyful on the day of his death.
