You stir and then jolt yourself awake. Again. Was it the eighth or ninth time tonight? You lost count. Losing faith in a good night's sleep, you step out of bed and make your way to the balcony. Maybe a bit of fresh air can clear your head. The night is clear, for the most part, which lets the near-full moon light up the yard below you. You begin to lose yourself in thought as you stare ahead at the starlit sky. Several moments pass, maybe several minutes. You are taken away from your thoughts as you hear gentle footfalls make their way to you. You turn your head to see Ferak at the doorway. He rubs the back of his head as he leans on the doorframe.

"Can't sleep, huh? Yeah... me neither... Mind if I keep ya company, then?"

Yet another watercolour experiment. For once, I drew Ferak with a less predatory smirk. He's a nice guy, after all. Just ignore that he made a pact with an eldritch being from beyond the stars. He uses those powers for good. I hear that otherworldly tentacles gave an incredible massage.
