Official reason for the short bar: "one of Chance's close friends is in a wheelchair and as if getting a wheelchair inside most pubs wasn't tricky enough, you can't get quite comfortable behind the bar when you got in there. So maybe they found some pub with a short bar and started frequenting it." -Oly_rrr
