I had the honour of being a part of the collaborative charity portfolio, Artists for the Amazon. More than 50 artists came together to create an art book, to donate all profits to charity following the disastrous fires last year in the Amazon Rainforest. To support the project and get the book (among other goodies!) visit the IndieGoGo campaign here: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/artists-for-the-amazon#/

With this piece I wanted to show a sense of how this ecosystem is so densely packed with life. Featuring a grison, oncilla, macaw, rhetus periander butterfly, silky anteater, and a poison dart frog, all congregating around a ficus tree.

Done in watercolour and mechanical pencil.
