I thought id finish my master study of barlowes work today(working on it on and off the past month and a half) since I've been rather down regarding my artwork.
Barlowe is an inspiration and his style and characters are just..wow. I tried to do a more traditional feel with this, though keeping digital quirks. I hope I didn't do to bad.

I can certainly still tell that it's digital work, but there is a strong traditional feel too, especially in the way the character and cloth is painted. I really love that fire crown/halo thing <3

thank you! the cloth was very fun to figure out and play with, I normally really hate draped cloth so x3 But the crown is secretly my favorite bit
