I was playing MGS2 Recently and i now know why i loved it so much, the character Solidus is one of my favorite characters in the series.

Because the game shows you how much of a puppet you are in the grand schemes of the game.
Solidus being an antihero and you being the tool of the Patriots to stop him from destroying their empire.
